Rachael Louise Smith BA (Hons)
I am an artist at heart, particularly focused on photorealism and technical drawing, but I have always been a talented problem solver and find it easy to empathise with all beings, which is how my passion for architecture evolved.
I completed my RIBA Part I accredited degree in June 2014. I currently study MArch RIBA Part 2 part-time while working for a construction company. At work I am based on site working in the role of Design Manager, this has greatly enhanced my understanding of the physical process of constructing from the drawing. I spend a lot of time resolving construction details and ensuring the operatives will be able to build the required design.
